We were a bit nervous about ordering online as you’re never sure that the colours are going to match or that the quality will be any good. No problems with either. Great rug at a great price. Really brightens up our son’s room.Very thick and beautiful.Light weight and cheap material, let’s see how long it lastsThe ordering and delivery process was quick and efficient. The description does not indicate this is a shag rug and after close examination of the pictures provided you will see it is not a loop type rug. I tried to cancel upon discovery but it was already sent to the Distribution Facility. The rug arrived wrapped nicely in thick plastic. Although, I have not unwrapped the rug, I cut a small hole to feel the thickness and the shag pile appears to be thin. I requested to return the rug but at a cost of $75 to ship it back is not worth the trouble.
