Arrived in excellent condition, as represented.Excellent book. I think it ought to be reprinted, rereleased. Very well written, illustrated and realistic. Angela's style of writing is very clear, uncomplicated, friendly and helpful. She's not preachy at all, it's like a conversation at the kitchen table over tea. She gives you her take on life, on her life, her approach and outlook and what she does to be as healthy as she can be. It includes excellent illustrations, even recipes. I love it! It's been open on my table every day, as I practice her relaxed, semi-yoga like exercise routine, etc, and engage further with her simple beauty regime, diet, daily activities,,, all excellent, as evidenced by how she maintained her looks, health and energy for nearly 100 yrs. I've been injured several times before, some seriously, and I find Angela's book and video very helpful and enjoyable.
