I purchased is cookbook a few weeks ago and have gone back to it several times for inspiration. I am one of the aging people the book targets.. but aren't we all. The recipies are well written, easy to prepare and best of all, she puts a fresh spin on things. No tired repeats of the same old thing, here. Even my husband, who swears HE's not aging, has enjoyed the preparations. I will be using Dr. Ruder's idea for many future meals!
