I tend to buy large tops to give myself a bit of room, and medium when I want something more form-fitting. Seeing the other reviews, I bought a medium and it fits like a large, comfy sweatshirt.if you want something more form fitting, go one or two sizes down. That being said, the shape of this to is not meant to be fit to your form, sho keep that in mind. I really like it. The colors are great and it will look comfy casual with jeans.I wanted to love this but nope. The description says it is oversized so I bought a size down thinking it might be more fitted. The waist is nice and fitted but it is very baggy in the torso. Next it’s not all that soft, had it been I probably would’ve kept it. Lastly, I bought the mojave oasis color and the colors were much more saturated than in the photos.First of all, I the actual style of this sweatshirt is awesome - it's funky and adorable, with great colors and a nice material. But it is enormous! I'm 5'4, and I held it up to my 6'2 husband and I think he could fit into it (although it would be a bit hipster-tight on him). I would definitely need a small, but even that might be too big - I'm trying to decide if it's worth re-ordering, or if I should just cut my losses and let it go. I get the impression from other reviews that a lot of KAVU clothing runs big at least for women - this one certainly did for me. :-(Ok! It’s not HUGE! It runs large yes. I’m 5’4” and 155lb 38c-d. Normally wear a large shirt. Would normally order xl sweatshirt for shrinkage and I like the loose fit for layering. So after reading other reviews I almost ordered a medium but went with large instead. Fits perfect! Washed immediately as it had chem smell and was stiff. Actually soft now and cozy! Slight shrinkage. Fits perfect! Don’t freak out and order two sizes down! My new favorite! Covers the bum alsoThis is a cute sweatshirt. Not super cozy but not scratchy either. I sized down one size. I'm 5'4" and the small is somewhat fitted and slightly too long. My solution is to tuck under the bottom band and then the length is perfect. I love the thick, durable material!Love this sweater!!
