I don't know if it's the delivery method or not, but this brand works extremely well. I have taken melatonin in pill form off and on over the last several years with mixed results. While it generally helps me to get to sleep, I would often wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to sleep. That is not the case with these gummies. Within 10 minutes of taking just 2 of these, I'm ready for sleep and I sleep through the night. It may be the added chamomile that helps the melatonin or the fact that it's chewable and delivered into your system quicker. I don't really know, but I'm going to continue to purchase these and hope they never discontinue making them. The taste is pretty good, they are very sweet, have a peachy flavor, but the texture is like a true gummy candy.
