I stumbled across this album just browsing. I am glad I did.The first three tracks seem to be studio stuff and are quite good.I think the album really takes off starting with the 4th track, "And She Cried"; from there to the end, "Take The Time", it is a live performance without break.I usually do not like recordings of live performance, preferring fine tuned studio stuff, but the energy and ease of this band is incredible.If you like the smooth sounds of roots rock, this is a must have.It is truely "TIME WELL WASTED".
